Return policy

We uphold the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Act 2000 with regards to cancelling orders (prior to shipment) for any item purchased on the coreSTRENGTH website.

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you may do so for a full refund prior to your order being shipped. If any costs have been incurred, these will be deducted. All products should be inspected on delivery. coreSTRENGTH shall be under no liability in respect of these goods after the initial inspection.

coreSTRENGTH cannot refund or accept returns on any custom UK-made equipment. No refunds are accepted on listed demo or clearance stock, unless authorised by the coreSTRENGTH team.  Demo or clearance stock may have minor aesthetic defects but should the defects be functional, our normal refund policy will apply.

If you wish to return any products you have purchased, we recommended that you do so via recorded delivery service. Any items returned will not be at the liability of coreSTRENGTH. We can only refund the return delivery charge if the item was faulty or the wrong product was received.

In cases where a product/products are returned without any just cause, there will be a 25% restocking fee for the items purchased value. We will only honour a refund if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Notification of request for refund and the returned products received by us the seller,  must be a maximum of 14 days after delivery. Any period after this is void. Your refund will only be administered once the products have been received and inspected by the coreSTRENGTH team.  Due to the variety of manufacturers we use some products may differ in minor detail to the display pictures shown, but the functionality will always be the same. Our refund policy will still be enforced and if your are unhappy our the product must be returned to us within 14 days and the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
